Welcome to Overpowered Accessories. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Overpowered Accessories, an online men's accessories store serving customers in Egypt. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify.
These Terms of Service (the "Terms"), together with the policies referenced in them, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By visiting, using or buying through the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any right you have as a consumer under Egyptian law.
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
To place an order, you may be asked for information such as your name, phone number, email address and delivery address. You confirm that the information you provide is correct, current and complete. Orders with incomplete or incorrect contact or address details may be delayed or cancelled.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. You may not transfer or sell your account to anyone else.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We make every effort to show our products accurately. Colours and appearance may look slightly different depending on your screen and device settings. Natural materials such as wood, leather and stone vary in grain, texture and colour, so every piece is slightly different from the photos, and this is not a defect.
Product descriptions, materials and sizes are stated on each product page. We may update descriptions, discontinue products, or limit the quantity of any product per customer at any time.
Care instructions for each material, including keeping our wooden pieces away from prolonged contact with water, are explained on our FAQ page. Damage caused by not following these instructions is treated as misuse under our warranty.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before it ships. Your order is accepted once we confirm it.
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if the price or description was shown in error, if we cannot reach you to confirm, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect a fraudulent or unserious order. If we cancel an order you have already paid for online, we will refund the full amount.
You can cancel or change your order free of charge before it is handed to the shipping company. After that, cancellations and changes follow our Shipping Policy, and the shipping costs are borne by you.
Returns, exchanges and warranty claims are handled under our Return and Exchange Policy.
Purchases are for personal use or as gifts, not for commercial resale.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). The price you pay is the price shown at the time you place your order, as stated in your order confirmation. Shipping fees are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Prices and offers may change without notice. We run different offers from time to time. Each offer applies only during its stated period and to eligible products, and it cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so.
We accept cash on delivery and online payment methods, including bank cards, mobile wallets, InstaPay, Fawry, Apple Pay and instalment plans, as shown at checkout. Online payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you choose. For cash on delivery orders, you agree to pay the full order amount to the courier when you receive the order.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We deliver to all governorates in Egypt. Orders are handed to the shipping company within 24 hours of confirmation and are usually delivered within 1 to 3 days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather, or other events outside our control.
You may inspect your order in front of the courier before signing for it. Responsibility for the products passes to you once you receive and sign for your order.

SECTION 6 - WARRANTY
Every product comes with a 6-month warranty from the date you receive it, covering manufacturing defects only. Approved claims are repaired or replaced free of charge, including shipping. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or damage from not following the care instructions. Full details are in our Return and Exchange Policy.
SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services, including our name, logo, product designs, photos, videos and text, belongs to Overpowered Accessories or its licensors. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use our content, name or logo without our written permission.
Shopify's name and logo are trademarks of Shopify. Other names and logos shown on the Services belong to their respective owners.
SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS
The Services may include tools, payment services or links provided by third parties, such as payment providers, shipping companies and social media platforms. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Please review their own terms and policies.
SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Overpowered Accessories is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Overpowered Accessories. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Overpowered Accessories, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Overpowered Accessories.
SECTION 10 - PRIVACY
Personal information collected through the Services is handled under our Privacy Policy. Some information may also be processed by Shopify under the Shopify Privacy Policy.
SECTION 11 - REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
If you send us reviews, photos, comments or suggestions, you allow us to use, publish and share them, including on our website and social media, without payment to you. We will not publish your phone number or address. Your reviews must be honest, lawful and your own. We may remove any content that is offensive, misleading or unlawful.
SECTION 12 - ERRORS
If a product, price, offer, shipping fee or availability is shown in error, we may correct it and, where needed, cancel the affected order. If you already paid online, we will refund the full amount.
SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED USES
You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not: place fake or unserious orders; provide false information; harass or abuse our team or couriers; copy, scrape or resell any part of the Services; upload malicious code; or interfere with the security or operation of the Services. We may refuse service, cancel orders or close accounts that break these Terms.
SECTION 14 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by Egyptian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not limit our warranty obligations or any consumer right that cannot be excluded under Egyptian law.
SECTION 15 - SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect. These Terms and our policies form the entire agreement between you and us about the Services. If we do not enforce a right, that is not a waiver of it.
SECTION 16 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Egypt. Before taking any formal step, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
SECTION 17 - CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its last updated date. Orders are governed by the Terms in effect when the order was placed.
